Your payslip does not match the calculator

Send the share link from the calculator and the relevant lines of your payslip, pension notice or contribution notice, without your name or insurance number. Common reasons for a difference are one-off payments, a part month, a childless surcharge applied because proof of a child has not reached the payroll yet, or a fund that changed its rate during the year. If the mistake is ours, we fix it and add the case as a test.

A rate is out of date

The list is read every day but, like the GKV-Spitzenverband, shows only rates already in force. If your fund has announced an increase, it appears here on the day it applies.

What we do not do
